So far, EGESA mainly focuses on purchasing products from small and medium refineries in East and Central Europe. In most cases, EGESA signs DAP delivery contracts under which our supplies are delivered to us at an export railway station on the border. In some cases, EGESA uses professional transport/logistics agents to book services from railways operators to ship the products to the main border export stations, where the products without any transhipment are shipped further to the final buyer in land or a sea port.
EGESA works with professional agents to rent, manage logistics of rail tank carriages (RTCs) on the supply part of the chain as well as on the return of empty RTCs.
